There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, line 6, following "regulation": Insert ". A chair of a standing committee who holds a committee meeting to review a regulation under this subsection shall provide an opportunity for public testimony during the committee meeting" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Seaton objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
